If you need to drop off your vehicle before or after work hours, please fill out the form below. A copy will will be emailed to you along with instructions.

  • I hereby authorize the LaVere's VW & Audi Only! repair work to be done along with the necessary materials. You and your employees may operate the above vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at my risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. You will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond your control. I hereby authorize the LaVere's VW & Audi Only! $110 (one hour or DTC code pull) or the previously discussed repair price of $______.
